On our website, browse our full range of vehicles, then use the online configurator to choose your model, colour, engine, interior, and any extras you’d like.
You can also view our latest offers and personalise your finance — adjusting the term length, mileage, and deposit to suit your budget.
At the moment, online orders are available with Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) through Stellantis Financial Services UK, our official finance partner. If you’re interested in other finance options, your local Citroën Retailer will be happy to help.
Once you’ve chosen your car and tailored your offer, you can: continue and place your order online, save it and come back later or request help, and we’ll be in touch.
If you choose to order online, the process takes around 20–30 minutes. To get started, you’ll need: Your driving license, bank details, employment information (if submitting a finance application)

What finance options are available online?
PCP (Personal Contract Purchase) is currently the only available finance option on this website.
Other finance options are available but currently only through our network of Citroën retailers.
What is PCP finance?
PCP means Personal Contract Purchase and is a way of financing a vehicle purchase.
With Personal Contract Purchase (PCP), you can purchase your vehicle with a deposit, monthly payments and, if you wish to own the vehicle at the end, a balloon payment (also know as the Guaranteed Future Value). Since you won’t have to pay for part of the car until the end of the contract, this gives you additional flexibility.
I currently own a car. Can I use it as a part exchange?
Yes — if you already own a car, you can use it as part exchange towards your new Citroën.
On our website, you can get an estimated valuation for your current vehicle to give you a rough idea of what it might be worth.
For a firm valuation, simply contact your local Citroën Retailer. They’ll inspect your car and provide a confirmed offer.
If I order online, how long it will take for me to get my new car?
When you order online, we’ll show you an estimated lead time based on the car you have chosen.

How to use a promo code?

How do I order online?

You can personalise the finance settings by adjusting the term, mileage and cash deposit levels. Please note that currently this website only offers the ability to order online with Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) finance through Stellantis Financial Services UK Limited, the official finance partner of Citroën UK. However, other finance options are available and you can discuss these with any of our Citroën retailers. Once you have personalised the offer to suit your needs, you can choose to continue to order online, save it so you can review it later or send us a request for assistance and we'll get in touch to help.
If you would like to order online you will need some key pieces of information in order to complete the process. You will need to have handy your driving licence, bank information and employment details. This information is required to apply for finance. **The Government Electric Car grant of £1,500 (the “Grant”) is not exclusive to Citroën UK Limited and is provided by the UK Government. The following new Citroën vehicles are eligible for the Grant: New ë-C3, New ë-C3 Aircross, New ë-C4, New ë-C4 X, New ë-C5 Aircross, ë-Berlingo and ë-SpaceTourer.
